1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with HS Transportation and Coal Company (SMC-Private) Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Supply and delivery of coal (local/imported)

  • Transportation services for goods and materials across Pakistan


3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

  • Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on quantity, price, and delivery terms.

  • A 50% advance may be required to process large or custom orders.


4. Product Quality

  • We strive to provide coal that meets agreed-upon specifications.

  • Slight variations in coal appearance, size, or moisture content may occur due to natural sourcing.


5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed unless stated in writing.

  • Delays due to weather, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring accessibility.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch with written notice.

  • No refunds are issued for delivered goods unless defective or not as agreed.

  • All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper storage of coal

  • Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and accessible delivery location

  • Ensure prompt unloading of goods

  • Use coal in accordance with applicable safety and environmental regulations


9. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance or upon delivery)

  • Late payments may result in service suspension and/or penalties


10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably

  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed under the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Basirpur or relevant district courts
