Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Product: If the coal delivered is not as per agreed quality/specifications, or is damaged during transit.

  • Service Failure: If the transportation service was not completed due to a fault on our part.

  • Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a refund may be issued (subject to processing fees, if applicable).


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Minor quality variations within industry tolerance

  • Delays caused by unforeseen events (weather, road conditions, strikes)

  2. Provide order details and reason for the refund

  3. Share photographic evidence (if applicable)

  • Or other agreed method
