1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver coal and transportation services across Pakistan, including both urban and rural areas. Specific delivery availability may vary based on location and order size.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 7 working days, depending on destination and availability.
- Urgent Deliveries: Can be arranged upon request (subject to extra charges).
- Custom Orders: Delivery timelines for large or customized orders will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, order weight/volume, and vehicle type.
- Any tolls or road taxes incurred during transportation are charged to the customer (unless agreed otherwise).
- Final shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
4. Shipping Methods
We use our own fleet or trusted third-party logistics providers. Delivery may include:
- Trucks (small to large capacity)
- Dumpers or loaders (if required)
- Covered vehicles during rainy season (optional on request)
5. Order Tracking & Updates
- Customers will be informed of dispatch details and expected delivery time once the order is on the way.
- For bulk orders, real-time location updates may be shared upon request.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:
- Inaccurate address
- No one available to receive
- Restricted access or delays from the customer
We may charge for a re-delivery attempt or storage fees.
7. Delivery Inspection
We recommend that customers inspect the delivery upon arrival. Any concerns about the quantity or condition of the coal should be reported within 24 hours.
